I. Instruction
The MW5 type lifting electromagnet adopts a fully sealed structure, with good dustproof and moisture-proof performance. The excitation coil is processed by a special technique, and the heat resistance grade of the insulating material reaches class C, which improves the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil and extends the service life. It is easy to install and maintain, and operates reliably. It is suitable for lifting magnetic materials such as iron and steel in industries such as metallurgy, mining, machinery manufacturing, and transportation.
II. Type Selection
◇ When the temperature of the material to be sucked and transported is lower than 100°C, please select the normal temperature type. When it exceeds 100°C, please select the high temperature type.
◇ For normal temperature use, the rated voltage is DC 220V, and the duty cycle TD is 60%. When the duty cycle exceeds 60%, please select the high-frequency type.
◇ When sucking and lifting materials in water, please select the submersible type (submersible depth ≤ 100m). The parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type.
◇ Ambient temperature: -5°C to 40°C for the normal temperature type, -5°C to 50°C for the high temperature type. The altitude is not more than 2000m.
◇ Equipment matching: When used singly, select the rectification control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current); when used in combination, select according to the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of combined units.
