A refrigerator’s structure contains a compressor (containing refrigerant), polyurethane insulation foam, plastics, copper, aluminum, iron, and other materials. Traditional manual dismantling or complete landfilling is not only inefficient but also leads to CFC (Cefotonite) leaks that damage the ozone layer, foam dust pollution, and the waste of large quantities of high-value metals and plastics.

The core equipment is a heavy-duty refrigerator-specific shredder, which enables efficient dismantling, crushing, and separation of waste refrigerators, converting the mixed materials into high-purity recyclable metals, plastics, and foam, helping companies achieve environmental compliance and maximize profits.
The entire production line covers: pre-treatment refrigerant extraction → dual-shaft shredding → vertical crushing → magnetic separation → eddy current separation → air separation, etc. First, the refrigerant (Freon) is safely recovered using a specialized device. Then, the refrigerator casing is fed into a dedicated refrigerator crusher for efficient crushing. Subsequent processes include magnetic separation of iron, eddy current separation of non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum), and air separation of polyurethane foam and plastic. The final output includes clean iron, mixed non-ferrous metals, recycled plastic granules, and compressed foam powder, all of which can be sold or reused as industrial raw materials.
Specialized cutter rollers and wear-resistant hammers: Designed specifically for refrigerator casings, plastic liners, and foam layers, preventing entanglement and material jamming.
High-torque hydraulic drive: Easily crushes heavy components such as compressors and condenser coils.

Fully sealed negative pressure system: Effectively collects foam dust and residual gas released during crushing, preventing secondary pollution.
