I. Explain

the RCYDII type permanent magnet self-unloading iron remover has a shorter frame compared with the RCYD type permanent magnet self-unloading iron remover, which is suitable for the occasion where the installation space is limited. It is composed of high-performance permanent magnet core, discarded iron belt, gear motor, frame, drum and other parts. It is used in combination with various conveyors and is suitable for conveyor belt conveying iron removal in various industries. Continuous absorption and discarding of iron can be realized. The belt has the function of automatic deviation correction, low noise, reliable operation and simple maintenance. Its internal magnetic circuit adopts computer simulation design and perfect dual magnetic pole structure to ensure the long-term operation of the whole machine without failure in harsh environments. It has explosion-proof and armored types.

Note: All models in this series are designed with extra-strong T1, T2, and T3 products that are higher than the national standard. The rated magnetic field strength at the lifting height is 90mT, 120mT, and 150mT, respectively.
