I. Description

CTZS type up-suction magnetic separator is a special equipment developed by our company for typical industries such as domestic rubbish classification, industrial rubbish classification, scrap steel crushing classification, etc. It is used to automatically suction and remove ferromagnetic materials from the moving materials. Together with the conveying belt or other feeding device, it realises online separation of ferromagnetic metal and real-time reproduction. Its powerful handling capacity and environmental adaptability make it widely used even in harsh environments.

II. Features

The unique magnetic circuit design of the CTZS up-suction magnetic separator can achieve both a large penetration depth and a high surface magnetic field. Adopting the up-suction installation method, it can effectively penetrate a thick material layer and efficiently adsorb large iron and weak magnetic iron.

The equipment adopts a large wrapping angle magnetic system design. The body is equipped with star-shaped toggles to realize automatic online regeneration or real-time iron unloading.

The drum surface features a double-layer design. The main layer is thickened to prevent impacts, while the auxiliary layer prevents abrasion. The auxiliary layer is easy to install and remove, with convenient operation. It is easy to replace without the need for professional maintenance at the factory, saving trouble, effort, and money.

Installed in the direction of belt feeding, it can be matched with belts of any inclination and other feeding devices. The optional control part can be interlocked with the belt conveyor to achieve both local manual control and centralized control.
