Hydraulic shear

The hydraulic shearing machine is mainly used for the opening of metal plates such as steel plates, copper plates and nickel plates. Shear force is 100 tons to 250 tons. Mainly cut material size (12~20mm)*250mm. The number of cuts is 8 to 12 times per minute. This series requires a simple infrastructure. The gantry shear is hydraulically driven. Compared with the mechanical transmission shearing machine, it has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, small motion inertia, low noise, smooth motion, flexible operation and large shear section. Integrated liquid-electric control, single-time, continuous motion conversion, easy to use, stop and run at any working position, easy to achieve overload protection. It can be used in a wide range of applications, as a processing equipment for metal recycling processing units, as a metal cutting equipment for furnace processing and mechanical construction in the foundry of the factory.

1. Add a high pressure filter to the hydraulic system. That is, the hydraulic oil needs to pass through the high pressure filter to enter the pipeline and the hydraulic control valve. (High pressure filter comes with an alarm)

independent air cooling: This machine uses a large air volume air cooler to control the oil temperature of the hydraulic oil within the normal use range. At the same time, the air-cooling machine page solves the problem that the water-cooled machine covers an inconvenient water source.
