Structural principle
The gantry shearing machine is composed of a frame, a hydraulic cylinder, a hydraulic power system and an electrical system. In the working principle, the automatic feeding bin is used, that is, after the material is captured to the loading bin, the scrap is automatically sent by the conveyor belt. From the cutting point to the cutting edge, the feeding speed can be adjusted by the speed regulating motor. There are side extrusion cylinders on both sides of the bin. Large scraps such as scrapped cars cannot be cut by the gantry shears. The scrap can be squeezed and reduced by the side squeeze cylinders, and then sent to the cutting edge through the conveyor to cut.
